Welcome to LinkSprig (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkSprig platform, including the web dashboard located at https://app.linksprig.com, the LinkSprig desktop client application, and any related APIs, tools, or services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the desktop client, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification.

2. Description of the Service

LinkSprig is a LinkedIn automation and outreach platform designed to help professionals and businesses grow their network, generate leads, and manage outreach campaigns. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Web Dashboard: A cloud-hosted control panel for managing LinkedIn credentials, outreach campaigns, keyword searches, AI-powered messaging, analytics, and integrations.
  • Desktop Client: A locally installed application that executes LinkedIn automation tasks on the user’s behalf using their provided LinkedIn credentials.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Optional connections to Google (Calendar & Gmail) and HubSpot CRM for scheduling, email, and lead management capabilities.
  • AI-Powered Messaging: AI-assisted features that help personalize connection requests, follow-up messages, and responses using user-provided company information.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, country, and company details. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your LinkSprig password, LinkedIn credentials, and any API keys generated for you.
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
  • Notifying us immediately at info@linksprig.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription, Payments, and Billing

LinkSprig offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Key billing terms include:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a limited trial period upon registration. During the trial, access to certain features may be restricted.
  • Paid Subscriptions: After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle.
  • Currencies: We support billing in USD and INR based on your registered country.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKSPRIG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
  • LinkedIn, Google, HubSpot, or any third-party platform will continue to allow the type of automation or integration that LinkSprig facilitates.
  • Results from outreach campaigns, lead generation, or AI-generated messages will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
  • The desktop client application will be compatible with every operating system version or hardware configuration.

LinkedIn Disclaimer: LinkSprig is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn through our Service is subject to LinkedIn’s own Terms of Service and User Agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automation tools complies with LinkedIn’s policies. We are not liable for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account, including restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, resulting from the use of automation.

Third-Party Integration Disclaimer: When you connect third-party services (such as Google or HubSpot) through LinkSprig, your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. LinkSprig acts as a conduit and does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We use Google APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated content (including connection messages, follow-ups, and responses) is produced algorithmically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or effective. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent on your behalf. LinkSprig is not responsible for the consequences of AI-generated messages, including but not limited to misunderstandings, offence caused, or lost business opportunities.

Limitation on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKSPRIG, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, LinkedIn account, or third-party integrations.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any action taken by LinkedIn, Google, HubSpot, or any other third-party platform in response to activities performed through the Service.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Copyright Policy

All content, software, code, design, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the LinkSprig Service are owned by or licensed to LinkSprig and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or provide through the Service, including CSV files, company information, AI personalization content, and campaign data. By using the Service, you grant LinkSprig a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@linksprig.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

  • Violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service, User Agreement, or Professional Community Policies.
  • Use the Service for spamming, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from LinkedIn or any other platform in a manner that violates their terms.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop client or any part of the Service.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account or API keys to third parties.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service.
  • Exceed your subscription plan’s usage limits or attempt to circumvent access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these guidelines.

6. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and close your account from the dashboard or by contacting us at info@linksprig.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

General

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Dispute Resolution: Courts in Pune, India.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions will not affect others.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer rights.
