This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and LinkSprig (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the LinkSprig platform.

By accessing or using LinkSprig, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

LinkSprig is a lead generation and outreach automation tool designed to assist users in managing and optimizing LinkedIn-based prospecting activities.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies, including LinkedIn’s terms of service.

2. No Affiliation with LinkedIn

LinkSprig is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.

You acknowledge that your use of LinkedIn in connection with LinkSprig is at your own discretion and risk.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your LinkedIn account and its activity
• The content you generate, send, or automate
• Ensuring compliance with LinkedIn’s terms, policies, and usage limits

LinkSprig does not control LinkedIn’s policies or enforcement mechanisms.

4. No Liability for Account Restrictions or Bans

IMPORTANT:

LinkSprig shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account, including but not limited to:

• Account restrictions
• Temporary or permanent suspensions
• Account bans or removals
• Message limits or feature limitations

Use of automation tools may carry inherent risks. By using LinkSprig, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree that LinkSprig has no control over LinkedIn’s enforcement actions and shall bear zero liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform.

5. AI Usage Disclaimer

LinkSprig integrates AI services, including Google Gemini, to provide content suggestions and automation support.

AI-generated outputs are provided for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LinkSprig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or reputation arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Third-party actions (including LinkedIn)
• Reliance on AI-generated content

7. No Guarantees

LinkSprig does not guarantee:

• Lead generation results
• Response rates
• Conversion outcomes
• Account safety from third-party actions

All outcomes depend on user behavior, messaging quality, and external platform policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to LinkSprig at any time if we believe you are violating this Agreement or misusing the platform.

9. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of LinkSprig after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pune, India.
